1. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Renters must be at least 25 years old, and all drivers must have a valid driver’s license with each driver’s name listed on the signed rental agreement.  Renter is responsible for all drivers.

2. PAYMENT
Customer agrees to pay all rental fees, taxes, deposits, and any additional charges for late return, damage, cancellation, or cleaning.  Deposit is refundable within 24-48 hours of return & inspection.

3. CONDITION OF EQUIPMENT
Customer acknowledges receiving equipment in good working condition and agrees to return it in the same condition.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer agrees to:
- Use equipment safely and for its intended purpose
- Follow all instructions provided
- Keep equipment secured and protected from damage or theft
- Immediately report any malfunction or damage

5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT
Customer is responsible for all damage, loss, or theft occurring during the rental period.

6. LIABILITY RELEASE
Customer uses rented equipment at their own risk. The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from use.

7. RETURN OF EQUIPMENT
Equipment must be returned on time. Late returns may incur additional fees.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
