Liability Waiver

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer and all members of their party understands that using rental equipment involves inherent risks, including injury, property damage, or death. Customer and all members of their party voluntarily assumes all risks.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Customer and all members of their party releases and holds harmless Let’s Do It Rentals LLC, its owners (Julie Asbury and Brian Asbury), employees, and agents from all liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from equipment use.

3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES

Customer agrees to pay for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.

4. NO WARRANTIES

Equipment is provided “as‑is” without warranties of any kind.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

Customer and all members of their party agrees to indemnify and defend the Company against any claims arising from their use of the equipment.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
